Just Rambling...

I cannot sleep.  I am uncomfortable, and just plain ole' grumpy.

It is raining here. The storm started Monday, somewhere after 4:00 pm.  Thunder and lightening. I was in Wal Mart watching the big drops fall fast and hard.  I waited and waited hoping the rain would slow some. It didn't, so I braved it...and walked as quickly as I could to my car.  I've now decided I need windshield wipers for my glasses and an umbrella in my purse!

Aunt Gloria is still in ICU.  She is feeling a little better. The doctors will be running more tests on her in the upcoming days.  Pray for her comfort and for strength for our family please!

FC (My cousin, Rachel) and Tom are in Paris. I was IM'ing with her for a brief moment before my AOL started acting up. I got frustrated trying to reboot and fix it. (Sorry FC!!!) The only detail I got, is from their apartment you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower.  How cool is that????

Good book to read: One More Day ~ Mitch Albom.  He's the same author that wrote Tuesdays With Morrie.

Great CD to jam to: Perry Farrell's Satellite Party.  Not my usual...but I love it.

Five Grateful's: A roof over my head, a full tummy, my family, my friends, my doggie.

That just makes "it" all worthwhile.  Know what I mean????

I'm delirious.  I need to try to fall asleep. I sure do love y'all.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Radomski Family for their new addition, Eric William.  He weighed in at 6 pounds 5 ounces, June 22nd at 10:24 am.

*** Prayers for Jon and Julie's church home group.

*** Please say prayers for My Aunt Gloria and our family, Nathan (He's moved to the Ronald McDonald House.), Ms Bobby (she started radiation), Mr. Russo, Ms Pammy (recovering from surgery.), LenoreTrish and David Carey. They are fighting the battle with cancer too .

*** Please say prayers for Jay Carey and his family.  He is in Iraq, fighting the war.

If this is your first time reading my journal, PLEASE go back to my first entry on 11-15-06 to read about the title MEET ME AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE!! Thanks!

I do enjoy Paris. It was very weird to be here because it's that place you always hear about going to and then when and if you go you're like wait...so I'm really here?? It's so cute to go to the little cafes and restaurants, where, let's face it--ALL of the food is fabulous. Yes, the French really know how to cook.

Hope all is well with you, I miss you!

LOVE YOU!!
