Hello!

My sister is fabulous, isn't she?

OK--here's the deal. I'm at home. (There's alot to be said for begging your doctor not to keep you!!) No results on the scans yet.  The way I figure, no news is good news.  As you know, PT/INR is 7.4.  I'm on house arrest until further notice.  No driving, no running around.

Thank you for all the prayers and comments.  As soon as the doc calls, I'll let you know what's going on!

I sure do love y'all!  Good night.

Irene,
7.4 is way too high, but no cause for a major panic. You are allowed to panic when you bleed and it doesn't stop. The INR can be artificially lowered, but they'll only do that in an emergency. Keep us posted. It is extremely difficult to stabilise INR in cancer patients.

I'm relieved he let you come home. I've always believed being at home, surrounded by the things you love is far more healing than a hospital. (Hugs) Indigo
